Conference Cost:

REGISTRATION FEES

EARLY BIRD: $225 Includes:  conference souvenirs and access to all events  

REGULAR after July 15, 2007, $275

SPECIAL:  Register 3 or more participants @ $200

COLLEGE STUDENTS:  $150 – Includes:  conference souvenirs and access to all events (Must be registered with a current ID)

SENIOR CITIZENS:  $100 – Includes:  conference souvenirs and access to all events – (62 and Older)

ONE-DAY REGISTRATION:  $125 (Includes luncheon and conference souvenirs)

YOUTH LEADERSHIP TEAMS: $50 per Youth

Saturday Youth Explosion: $25 per Youth

($50.00 Cancellation Fee for Processing & Handling after July 1, 2007 and no refunds after July 15, 2007)

Registration Confirmation:  All registrations received by August 17, 2007 will be confirmed in writing. Please do not assume you are registered unless you have received a confirmation notice. If you do not receive a confirmation notice by August 17, 2007, call 513-541-7099, Ext. 19 (Registrar, Sallie Mascus)

Transfer of a registration to another person is allowed at any time without penalty. Refunds cannot be authorized for no-shows.

Conference Credits:  CEUs will be awarded from one of the universities or colleges in the greater Cincinnati Area. Participants must complete an evaluation for each workshop they attend. Participants will receive credits only for the workshops they have attended and completed the evaluation process.  There is an additional fee of $30 for CEUs in addition to the Registration fees. Application has been made to the appropriate licensing Boards. RCU’s will be awarded by the Ohio Chemical Dependency Professionals Board. Certificates of Completion provided by the Conference are not guaranteed to be accepted by every licensing organization. Conference attendees assume all responsibilities for ensuring that the Certificate of Completion will be accepted by their professional licensing organization.

Conference Dress:  Business Casual and/or business ethnic is preferred.

Hotel Reservation:  A reduced room rate of 99.00 per night plus applicable tax extended to all conference participants until August 8, 2007. After this date the hotel will release the rooms for general sale. Please mention UMADAOP State Conference for the room rate.

Room Rates:  $99.00- per night Check In 3:00 p.m. Check-Out Time 12:00 p.m.

All room rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 12.5%. 

Parking:  Self parking is free of charge.
